REFSA is an independent non-profit organisation aimed at encouraging open discussion and input into public policy issues. We offer independent research on social, economic and contemporary issues affecting all Malaysians; serving as a centre for intellectual interaction with the objective of advancing human and social development amongst all Malaysians, as well as articulating and disseminating information to help in the formulation of local, state and national policies.
